2. Organizing Committee Info on Wüfä 2026
The countdown is on – The Wümmetfäscht 2026 is taking shape!
In just under three months, the time has come: Höngg is celebrating! Preparations are in full swing behind the scenes, and the anticipation for this year's Höngger Wümmetfäscht is growing day by day. To let you get a taste of the festive atmosphere today, here is a short update:
The entertainment program is set : Look forward to a varied program for young and old – with musical highlights, the best atmosphere, and many unforgettable moments.
Full commitment from the clubs : Our local clubs are already in the middle of preparations. They are polishing their performances and putting a lot of heart and soul into designing their market stalls.
Delights for everyone : The food and beverage tents are also planning intensely and are looking forward to spoiling you with a diverse selection of food and drinks.
Mark the date in your calendar! It is best to reserve the festival weekend today. The Wümmetfäscht thrives on encounters, shared experiences, and the unique atmosphere in the heart of Höngg. We are already looking forward to celebrating with you!
We can't do it without you – become part of the Wümmetfäscht crew!
A festival of this size cannot be organized by the organizing committee and local clubs alone. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we rely on the support of many volunteers Helpers rely on.
Whether during set-up and dismantling, during the festival operations, or in other areas: every helping hand counts! If you would like to actively help shape the Wümmetfäscht, meet new people, and take an exciting look behind the scenes, you've come to the right place.
- Who can help? Everyone who likes to pitch in – whether for a few hours or a whole day.
- What awaits you? A motivated team, a unique glimpse behind the scenes, the joy of being part of this great neighborhood festival, and of course food and drinks during your shift.
Interested? Sign up easily via our helper page for one of the open shifts or write us an email at helfer@wuemmetfaescht.ch
Together we make the Höngger Wümmetfäscht a festival that will be remembered fondly. We look forward to seeing you – as visitors, as helpers, and above all as part of the Höngg festival community.
Best regards
